Rise Of the Ring

Rise of the Ring is a 2D vertical-scrolling platformer built with pixel art aesthetics and designed for a retro Atari joystick. The player controls a sentient engagement ring accidentally swallowed by its owner. Starting from the depths of the stomach, the ring must climb upwards through bodily platforms while avoiding patrolling acid blobs and outrunning a steadily rising pool of stomach acid.
